One of my favorite campsites to stay at when we go down to the lake. The people that run it or very nice and they do a great job at keeping the bath house clean. Only downfall is the restraunt there the No wake cafe, few years ago i would of suggested to eat there but now i wouldn't even bother eating there the food is not even worth the money. Small portions, expensive, and the staff is rude. Other than that it's a great place to stay and relax for the weekend.
There were apparently no "quiet hours" because people were partying, loud, yelling, and playing music late every evening, past midnight. There were also dogs running around loose in the campgrounds. And our site was very small and crammed in between many, all lined up and squished together. We do not recommend it to anyone and will never go back.
This marina has to be the best on Stockton Lake. All of the facilities are well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Come on over for the live entertainment on most weekends during the summer. Grab a bite to eat at the No Wake Cafe while you are here.
The floating Diner was nice during the day very packed in the evening on a holiday. Live band in the evening was nice floating around in your boat you could hear it fine. The marina is the best one on Stockton
I went camping here with my parents, every summer for 3 or 4 years straight during my high school years, and it was always fun! Now that I'm a mom, I've gotten to take my husband and 3 kids here to camp twice this year. It's still just as fun, beautiful, and relaxing as I remembered. The campsites are clean, as are the bathrooms (which is nice with 3 little girls lol).
